Keypad Memory (Simon) is a ready-made Basys 3 FPGA game written in Verilog. It uses PmodKYPD 4x4 keypad, speaker, VGA. Play it free right in your browser - nothing to install, no FPGA board needed.
How to play
Watch the tiles light up, then type the same sequence on the keypad (numeric keypad keys, or click the keypad card). One more step every round. btnC starts, sw0 = slower. A speaker on JB1 plays a note for each tile (sw15 = silent).
