What it uses

Verilog · USB keyboard (PS/2), 17 Block Memory ROMs from .coe files, a custom keyboard IP

Big design: runs at about 15% of real time (its keyboard IP uses a fast checked model). Only the needed files are downloaded (15 MB instead of 600 MB).
